Granted if no internal review has started. Includes duplicate payments or technical errors.
In Progress (Partial Refund)
If review has started: Government fee is fully refundable (if not submitted); Service fee is up to 50% refundable.
Submitted (No Refund)
Once submitted to the UK authorities, the service is fully delivered and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
